Recipients may have standard carrier messaging or data rates apply.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from BarbeloAI, we use it only to send you the messages you signed up for and to answer your replies. We keep a record of your consent (the date, the time, and the form or message where you agreed) and of any opt-out request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the messaging provider and carriers that deliver the messages. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This section controls over any other statement in this Privacy Policy about mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only for BarbeloAI's own account, appointment, order, and support messages that you signed up for.
